Articulate Storyline vs. Lectora
My company uses Articulate products (Storyline, currently) but I have several problems with the software, mainly:
1. It's glitchy as all get out, particularly the published product
2. The animation options in Storyline are a joke and practically non-existent. If it weren't for the 'variable' functionality I would just go back to PowerPoint.
I don't have any experience with Lectora but was thinking about switching. I was wondering if I could get some opinions from people in this neutral space, who have experience with both products. Is Lectora a more stable product? Can you build animations in Lectora similar to the way you can in PowerPoint- or at least, does Lectora have more animation options than Storyline? Are there any other options I could consider?
