I wanted to start a list of recommended books. What books does everyone like for:

- ???? (it's late make up your own categories..that should be enough to get y'all started)
I like Telling ain't Training and Training ain't Performance by Harold Stolovitch. Also like Training for Dummies by Elaine Biech.

e-Knowledge
An interesting book to read is Transforming e-Knowledge: A Revolution in the Sharing of Knowledge by Norris, Mason, Lefrere. I have a 2003 edition, and it give a good overview on things to think about - sort of like a series of white papers.
