CourseMill Issues

We're using a hosted version of CourseMill, and are having a problem with some, but not all students not having their course progress retained by the LMS. We're publishing to SCORM, the tests are graded, and as far as I can tell, all properties to have all the progress retained are set properly. 
 
Trivantis support hasn't been very helpful so far.  They've now missed the second appt to talk about it after me sending them a ton of information.
 
Anyone else experienced this problem?
