E-Learning Council and Facebook

Has anyone set up a Facebook page for a group before? How does one do that? It might be cool to set up a Facebook page for E-learning Council. I just have no idea how to do it.

We've got the E-Learning Council Facebook page setup. If you click on Groups in Facebook and search for "E-Learning Council" you should see the group and be able to join. Here's the URL (don't know this will work but go ahead and try)
