Graphic British Safety Video on the Danger's of Texting

A graphic British safety video that warns teens of the texting while driving has been downloaded more than 6 million times.   Recent studies show texting while driving may be more dangerous than drugs or alcohol.   However, a lot of folks find this too bloody.  What do y'all think?  Effective learning or over the top?
