Mobile Learning Examples--Blackberry, iPhone

Martha posted a link to an excellent article on Mobile E-learning (http://www.elearningcouncil.com/content/mobile-learning-effective-training-or-just-another-technological-distraction) 

I am looking for great examples of Mobile learning particularly ones that use a phone (Blackberry or iPhone).  I've seen folks using podcasts for Mobile learning but am curious if there are truly great examples of M-Learning that use some of the interactive facilities in cell phones.
