Program - 508 Checklists - Accessibility Compliance Plans and Evaluating a VPAT
Now that you have published your accessibility policy you may need to update your compliance plan/implementation plan to align with the policy. There are several checklists that will assist you in developing your plan and also help to unlock the meaning of the VPAT requirements.
We will look at the following checklists:
- NASA Goddard Space Flight Center - Section 508 Web Accessibility Checklist (http://web508.gsfc.nasa.gov/developing/checklist/index.cfm)
- WebAIM - Section 508 Checklist (http://www.webaim.org/standards/508/checklist.php)
We will look at the VPAT for Firefox using the NASA 508 checklist.
