E-Learning Council

Calculating E-Learning ROI (Session 1 of 3)

Free On-Line Seminar Series Sponsored by the E-Learning Council, the Texas Department of Information Resources, and MicroAssist

The E-Learning pay off

With the escalating costs of travel many training managers are considering E-Learning for the first time. If that includes you, you’re probably grappling with many questions:

·       How can you design a successful program?

·       How can you ensure that courses will work?

·       How much will it cost?

·       How to estimate the real cost of e-learning?

·       How can you sell it up the authorization chain?

This three-part, online workshop is designed to answer these questions.  Plus, what better way to consider the value of E-Learning than to enroll in an E-Learning class to experience the benefits first-hand? During weekly online sessions, we’ll cover specific strategies for designing effective e-learning, estimating costs, and evaluating ROI. Between sessions, you’ll have opportunities to apply the training to hands-on projects and to your own organization. You’ll also have access to online workspaces where you and your workshop peers can work together to build your knowledge and skills.

What you’ll receive

Participants in this course will receive:

·       An E-Learning ROI template to put the methodology into action
