“We’re kicking off the fall Train for Success season next week with an outstanding panel of industry leaders. The focus of our free weekly meeting series will broaden this fall to include serious games. Mario Herger from SAP and Jerry Bush from Cisco will describe how these industry giants are “gamifying” their products, learning programs, and businesses. Some of our meetings will take place at our Second Life island, others in web.alive, a browser-based virtual world that can be accessed from behind most firewalls.

I recently penned an article about our virtual rehearsal studio for Avaya’s global sales organization. Our Avaya client will present this case with us at the Professional Sales and Marketing Training Conference 2011 in St. Pete Beach, Florida later this month, and I hope you’ll join us.
