Job Aid: Building Measurement into Training Development

Will Thalheimer and Roy Pollock have released a job aid to help build measurement into training development.  Good learning measurement enables us to:

  1. Boost Learning Results
  2. Improve Our Learning Designs
  3. Prove Learning’s Benefits

I agree with Will that most folks do not think about measurement until the boss asks them to prove the effectiveness of the training programs.   His job aid might help you incorporate training measurement earlier into the training development process.  By the way after you’re done downloading the job aid, look at the rest of his catalog.  There is some great material there.
