Houston E-Learning Council Advisory Board Meeting

Thank you for your interest!  We look forward to seeing you at Bechtel Corporation this Thursday, November 18th, and please feel free to pass this along to others you think might be interested in joining us.

As mentioned, the meeting will be held at the following location, BUT there is one detail that has changed.  We will assemble in the lobby on the 1st floor and be escorted as a group instead of being allowed to go directly up to the 9th floor (sorry!).  Our very kind hostess is Ms. Lauri Krumholz, and you’ll need to give her name to security.  Please feel free to call my cell (below) if you need to reach me or have any questions.

RSVP:             Email Nicole Stallings, if you have not done so.

Date:               Thursday, November 18, 2010

Time:               12:30 PM – 1:30 PM; we’ll assemble in the lobby and ascend to the 9th floor promptly at 12:30 PM.

Place:               Bechtel Corporation

3000 Post Oak Blvd (Bechtel Tower)

Room:  9C531 on the 9th floor

Contact:          (512) 529-1100 Donald Twining’s cell

Visitor Parking:  Facing the front of the building, go to the lot on the right side of the building, which is the 3000 Visitor Lot.  You may also park at 3040 or 3050 if you cannot find a space.  Check in with security when entering.
